Part-Time Entertainment Engineers
We are looking for a few part time room monitors. There are several shifts available but weekends are a must, with some weekday and holiday shifts as well.
Flexibility is important as your schedule will fluctuate depending on when we are booked.
-Opening and closing duties
-Greeting guests, explaining rules, and concluding game wrap-up and some potential sales
-Operating Game: closely monitoring the screens and providing clues, fixing technical problems, resetting room
-Managing booking/scheduling conflicts and handling unique guest questions
-Light dusting and cleaning (very minimal)
-High School Diploma or equivalent, some college experience a plus.
-Background in Customer Service
-MUST have excellent customer service and communication skills
-MUST be very outgoing with an energetic and animated personality
-MUST be creative and tech-savvy, you will sometimes have to problem solve and trouble shoot
-MUST have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and some evenings
-MUST have a cell phone and dependable/reliable transportation
-MUST be Computer Efficient-MUST be able to work independently as well as within the team
-MUST have exceptional organizational skills
-Gamers/Theater Techs/Actors/Set Designers/Artists a plus!
There is an opportunity to grow with this company in the future. Pay starts at $11.25/hr, and has the potential to increase based on performance as you grow with our company.
